ഈ മണലാരണ്യത്തിലെ തിരക്ക്പിടിച്ച ജീവിതയഥാര്ത്യങ്ങളിലൂടെ ഒരു യാത്ര.
അന്ന് വ്യാഴാഴ്ച്ചകളില് പതിവായുള്ള ബിസിനസ്സ് മീറ്റിങ്ങ് കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോള് ത്തന്നെ ഏതാണ്ട് സമയം ആറുമണിയായി. പിന്നെ എല്ലാവരും കൂടി അവിടെനിന്നും പുറത്തിറങ്ങി അവരവരുടെ സീറ്റുകളിലേക്ക് നടന്നു. ആഴ്ചയില് ഇതുപോലുള്ള ഒത്തുചേരല് ആ സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ തീരെ ഒഴിച്ചുകൂടാനാവാത്ത ഒന്നായി ഈയടുത്തായി മാറിക്കഴിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നൂ . അതില് ഈര്ഷ്യയുള്ള ചിലരുണ്ട് ഇവിടെ അവര് ഇതിനെ ഒരു നേരംകൊല്ലിയായേ കണ്ടിരുന്നുള്ളൂ.
അങ്ങനെയിരിക്കെ അന്നത്തെ ജോലി മതിയാക്കി ബര്ദുബായിലെ ആ സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെ ഓഫീസ്സ് സമുച്ചയത്തില്നിന്നും ആളുകള് ഇറങ്ങിവന്നു തുടങ്ങി അവരുടെ കൂട്ടത്തില് തോമസ്സ് പ്രവീണ് ഷിഹാബ് എന്നീ കൂട്ടുകാരുമുണ്ടായിരുന്നൂ. അവര് മറ്റുള്ളവരോട് യാത്രചോദിച്ചു അവിടെനിന്നും ആ കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ അടുത്തുതന്നെയുള്ള കാര് പാര്ക്കിങ്ങിലേക്ക് നടന്നു. അവിടെ ഒരു മരത്തണലിലായ് നിറുത്തിയിട്ട ഒരു വെളുത്ത നിസ്സാന് സണ്ണിയില് അവര് കയറി. ആ കാര് അവരെയും കൊണ്ട് അവിടെനിന്നും മെയിന് റോഡിലേക്ക് കയറി മുന്നോട്ടേക്ക് പാഞ്ഞു. അംബരചുംബികളായകെട്ടിടങ്ങള് അവരെ കടന്ന് പിന്നോട്ട് അതിവേഗത്തില് പാഞ്ഞുപോയ്ക്കൊണ്ടിരുന്നൂ. കുറച്ചുനേരത്തെ ഓട്ടത്തിന് ശേഷം ആ കാര് ഊദ്മേത്ത റോഡിലെ ക്രിസ്ത്യന്ദേവാലയത്തിന്റെ മുന്നിലെ പാര്ക്കിങ്ങിലായിനിന്നു.
എല്ലാവരും കൂടി അതില്നിന്നും ഇറങ്ങി ദേവാലയത്തിന്റെ കവാടത്തിലൂടെ അകത്തേക്ക് നടന്ന് കയറി, അവിടമാകെ നാനാരാജ്യക്കാരായ വിശ്വാസികളാല് നിറഞ്ഞിരുന്നൂ. അവര് കുറേസമയം പുരോഹിതന്റെ മത പ്രഭാഷണവും കേട്ട് അങ്ങനെ നിന്നു. പ്രവീണും ഷിഹാബും ആ സമയമത്രയും അവിടെക്കൂടിയ ആളുകളില് സുന്ദരികളായ ചെറുപ്പക്കാരികളെയും വായ്നോക്കിക്കൊണ്ട് നില്ക്കുകയായിരുന്നൂ. പിന്നെപ്പോഴോ തോമസ്സ് വിളിച്ചതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില് സ്ഥലകാലബോധം തിരിച്ചെടുത്ത് മനസ്സില്ലാമനസ്സോടെ അവര് അവിടെനിന്നും തിരിഞ്ഞു നടന്നു. അങ്ങനെയിരിക്കെ അവരുടെ സംസാരവിഷയത്തില് ഓഫീസിലെ ബിസിനസ്സിന്റെ കാര്യങ്ങളും കടന്നുവന്നു. കുറച്ചുദൂരം നടന്നപ്പോള് ഒരു പുരോഹിതന് എതിര്ദിശയില് നിന്നും നടന്ന് വരുന്നത് മറ്റുള്ളവര് കണ്ടെങ്കിലും പ്രവീണ് സംസാരത്തിനിടയില് ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചില്ല. പുരോഹിതന് അവരുടെ അടുത്തെത്തിയതും മുഖത്തേക്ക് നോക്കിക്കൊണ്ട് “ഈശോമിഷിഹയ്ക്ക് സ്തുതിയായിരിക്കട്ടെ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. പ്രവീണ് സംസാരത്തില് മുഴുകിയതിനാല് ഏതോ ആലോചിച്ച് “ അങ്ങനെയായ്ക്കോട്ടേ എന്നാ പിന്നെ ക്കാണം പോട്ടെ” എന്നും പറഞ്ഞു മുന്നോട്ട് നടന്നു. അത് കേട്ട് എല്ലാവരും ഉച്ചത്തില് പൊട്ടിച്ചിരിച്ചു അപ്പോഴാണ് താന് എന്ത് അബദ്ധമാണ് പറഞ്ഞതെന്ന ബോധം പ്രവീണിനുണ്ടായത്. അവന് തിരിഞ്ഞു പുരോഹിതനെ ഒന്ന് നോക്കി അപ്പോള് അദ്ദേഹം “ഇവനെതാടാ” എന്നാ ഭാവത്തില് നടത്തത്തിനിടയില് പലതവണയായി തിരിഞ്ഞുനോക്കുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നൂ. പ്രവീണിന് നന്നെ കുറ്റബോധം തോന്നി പക്ഷെ അപ്പോഴേക്കും കൂട്ടുകാര് ഈ വിശേഷം മറ്റുള്ള എല്ലാവരെയും വിളിച്ചു തമാശയെന്നോണം അറിയിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നൂ. നാണം കേട്ട് പ്രവീണ് തലതാഴ്ത്തി മൂകനായി മുന്നോട്ടേക്ക് നടന്നു.
The Incident in church

This is a story about the hurry berry life reality in sandy cities.
That was a weekend; the routine business meeting of that office
was concluded by around 6 o' clock in the evening. Everybody came out from the
meeting room and walk towards their seats. Nowadays this meeting has been
considering as part of their business. Some of the staffs don't live this
meeting; they are considering this as a waste of time.
The people are started coming out from the office building which
was situated in Bur Dubai. Along with them three friend’s names as
Thomas, Praveen and Shihab also came out. They were walked towards the car
which was parked in the shaded parking near the Trees. They get in a white
coloured Nissan sunny car. That car
started its journey from that parking. It was entered in the main road and
starts moving forward. They feel like the high-rise buildings are kept
running so fast towards the back. After few minutes that car reached in the
parking in front of the Christ Church in Oudh Metha Road. They get out from the
car and entered in that Church. That area was surrounded by the devotees from
around the world. Thomas was concentrated on priest's religious speech, in this
time Praveen and Shihab were concentrated on beautiful ladies around them.
After some time Thomas keeps they awake from their entertainment. It took to the
time to change their attention. After that, they started talking about
something later it was transformed to their routine business issues. Praveen
was so anxious about their business discussion.
That time a priest came from the opposite direction and passed
them by saying”Praise the Lord"
Praveen was so involved in their discussion, so he responded as
“Ok no problem we will meet next time ok bye"
Everybody was laughing so loudly
after that only he realizes his mistake. Praveen turns his head look back; he
saw that the priest kept on watching him frequently as a rare piece of work.
Praveen feels guilty. His friend has spread the news about the incident to
everybody. Due to this guilty, he keeps his head and walks along with them.
